What's New with the Teen Initiative

Squishy Circuits

Published 2016-03-05
Tuesday, December 16 (Fairmont City) and Wednesday, December 17/Rescheduled to Wednesday, February 11 (Collinsville)

The last three projects came together with the help of Andrew from the St. Louis Science Center.  We used Squishy Circuits to connect MaKey MaKeys to our 3D printed objects.  Then we attached the MaKey MaKeys to our computers so they could interact with our Scratch software programs.  Through the Squishy Circuits and MaKey MaKey connections, we were able to control the software programs by touching different points on the 3D printed objects.  Wow!
