Current Hours for Curbside Pickup and Phone Service
1. Call the library or place your order online. The availability of items from other libraries will depend on their reopening status. Regular limits on material types apply.
Wait for notification that your items are ready.
2. Call us during service hours to say that you are on the way. Call again when you arrive and keep distance from the pickup table and entrances.
3. A staff member will place your items on the pickup table. Wait until staff has cleared the area before approaching and retrieving the items.
If you have a question or need a special accommodation, please call the library during service hours to discuss it.
Returns and Donations
The book drops outside our buildings are opened.
Please allow up to seven days for items to clear from your account as they will be quarantined before being processed.
Late fees and overdue items will continue to be waived, so there is no need to rush.
We must temporarily suspend the acceptance of donations. Your generosity is appreciated but we need time to process what we have already received. Thank you for considering us but for now we are not able to accept donations.
